Reynolds Consulting Engineers was hired for design engineering for the 160,000 s.f. renovation and 96,200 new construction of the Owen J. Roberts High School. Reynolds provided design and engineering services for the following items; security office, district warehouse, transportation department, fueling/dispensing area.
In addition to the high school project, RCE was hired to provide design services for the complete renovation of 195,000 s.f. of the Owen J. Roberts Middle School. RCE’s scope of work included designing a new HVAC (2-pipe system with de-coupled ventilation), electrical, plumbing, fire protection (fully sprinkled with both wet pipe and dry pipe) and security/fire alarm.
From 2000-2003, RCE provided building commissioning services to the high school. Systems included in the commissioning process were: fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
