Reynolds Consulting Engineers was hired by the Community College of Philadelphia to provide building commissioning services for the$20.7 million additions and renovations project at their Northeast Regional Center.

 

The College is pursuing LEED Silver Level Certification from the USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ratings system.

 

Reynolds Consulting Engineers was rehired by the Community College of Philadelphia to provide building commissioning services for a $6.2 million, new 44,800 s.f. project at their main campus in downtown Philadelphia.

 

The College is pursuing LEED Silver for the Pavilion project. Some of the green features include a green roof, daylight harvesting, high performance exterior, and recycled carpet and linoleum.
