Reynolds Consulting Engineers was hired to provide building commissioning services for the $46.7 million additions and renovations to the Manheim Township High School. The project consists of a new 233,000 s.f. addition, MEP upgrades and finishes to the existing 200,000 s.f. building.

 

Reynolds Consulting Engineers was rehired by the Manheim Township School District to provide building commissioning services for the $17 million additions and renovations to the Bucher Elementary School. The project consists of a new, two-story 74,000 s.f. addition, and renovations to 24,000 s.f. of existing building.

 

The Bucher Elementary School project is registered for a Silver level certification from the USGBC’s LEED program.
