Background:

Reynolds Consulting Engineers was assigned to provide commissioning services for all of the building systems for the Penn State University Chemistry Building. This 199,000 s.f. building is highly technology intensive and, thus, has numerous challenges for commissioning. Systems included in the commissioning process were: fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and control systems.
