Reynolds Consulting Engineers (RCE) has hired Rich Lowman as Business Development Manager for the Maryland branch office in Stevensville.

 

Mr. Lowman joined Reynolds on September 19. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing/mass communication from Towson State University and has 15 years of sales management experience.
