Reynolds Consulting Engineers was created in 1999 to provide commissioning and limited engineering services to select clients. Since that time Reynolds Consulting Engineers has quickly grown to become one of the preeminent commissioning providers and consulting engineering firms in the mid-Atlantic region. Since 1999 we have provided services for more than $1.5 billion in new and renovated construction throughout Pennsylvania and northern Virginia. The projects with which we have been involved include numerous K-12 schools, health care facilities, central power plants, museums, office buildings, high performance athletic facilities, technology intensive science facilities, correctional institutions and various types of other facilities.

Our team of professional engineers and commissioning agents has nearly 100 years of experience in designing and testing various types of building systems and are committed to working with owners to make certain they have a building that operates as efficiently as possible while still meeting their operational goals now and into the future.

Reynolds Consulting Engineers is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and serves clients throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. While we have expanded and grown to meet our clients’ needs, our primary objective has remained the same: to provide our clients with a high-quality project that is efficient, proven operable, maintainable, and that will serve their mission for many years to come.
